Description
This villa is a two-storey home which has been completely re-decorated and upgraded with new furniture. It sleeps 8, with full air conditioning. The villa is located in the quiet gated community of “The Sanctuary”, at West Haven, a short drive away from from highway 27 and Interstate 4. Just 2 minutes away lies Champions Gate with 2 first class golf courses, Publix supermarket and restaurants. Disney and Universal parks are within easy reach. The villa consists of 2 Sitting Areas, 2 Dining Areas, Pool, games room and upstairs balcony overlooking conservation area.
The Space
There are three full bathrooms with Bath / Shower and two addtional half bathrooms with basin and WC. There are hairdryers in the three bathrooms
The newly furnished living area has a new 50″ TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime (using your own login details) and has a selection of books and board games
The kitchen is fully equipped and there are 2 dining rooms (a formal dining room, and a separate smaller dining area ) as well as a dining area on the
The games room has a pool table, air hockey, (safety) dartboard and foosball
A travel cot and high chair is available but please bring your own blankets etc

The pool is South East facing overlooking conservation area (no rear neighbours) and has new sunbeds.
The balcony off the master bedroom is also south east facing and has a dining table and chairs.

West Haven is made of 6 communities, The Sanctuary being one. It’s proximity to the Championsgate Omni resort and golf course, the shops and restaurants of ChampionsGate and a less than 30 minute drive to the gates of Walt Disney world have made it an extremely popular location for Orlando visitors. A quieter community with trails and manicured landscaping, bordered by conservation. Its location also makes it ideal for access to both the east and west coasts of Florida.

Other Things To Note:
Rental rates include all taxes and cleaning. Pool heat is $200 per week. In addition, we ask for a refundable security deposit of $500. This is payable with the balance of the rental cost 10 weeks before your stay. No animals and no smoking or vaping allowed in villa.
