Description
The condo is very spacious, two large bedrooms, both with flat screen tv’s, one being the master, both en-suite, walk-in wardrobes, safe, very open, the kitchen has plenty of work space, breakfast bar, counter tops separate the dining area, which has a high top dining table, coffee tables, leading into the sitting room area which has flat screen tv, sofa, chair, doors leading onto the balcony with wicker patio furniture, pictures and lighting on the walls to make it homely, a washer/dryer is housed in a cupboard space behind a door.
The Space
The condo has all mod-cons i.e, has built in microwave, washer/dryer, iron, WI-FI, not too far a distance from the pool area, only up one flight stairs or lift access
The condo is at the front of the building which is building 3 short distance from pool.
Bedroom Configuration
Two double bedrooms consist of queen beds, side tables with lamps, walk-in wardrobe, flat screen tv, , both en-suite, at either end on entry to condo

Tuscana is just off the I-4 at Champions Gate, set in a quiet Mediterranean feel gated community, it has a lovely pool area, cabana’s to choose from if you wish, a hot tub to relax, a large gym , a theater room if you wish to watch the latest movies which you hire in reception, very close to various golf course’s , within walking distance to various shops, such as Publix, Walgreens, 7-11, places to eat are plentiful also, Millers Ale House, Chilli’s, Red Robin, Panera, a Mexican, Thai, Italian to name but a few, along with fast food options such as MacDonalds, Subway and many more,
Easy access to the parks as very near the I-4 at the top of Champions Gate so just 15 minutes to the parks, or a number of great golf courses.
