Welcome to “MAGIC MOMENTS MANOR”
This fully renovated four bedroom four bathroom home with south facing pool is located in the beautiful gated community of Windsor Hills, just two miles from the main gates of Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida.
This boutique style family vacation pool home with southerly exposure and no rear neighbors, boasts four relaxing bedrooms consisting of two primary bedrooms with king size beds and two secondary bedrooms with queen size beds. All bedrooms have the convenience of their own fully equipped private bathrooms with walk in glass and tile showers and stone counter tops.
After a full day of high stimulation at any of the area theme parks “Magic Moments Manor” offers a relaxing Zen feel to come back to and unwind.
As you enter you will be welcomed to a beautiful transformed property that offers complete luxury, full comfort as well as all the amenities to make your stay most enjoyable.
A chef’s kitchen complete with high end finishes includes a large island with waterfall edge stone counters and ample seating at both the island and live edge table.
A sixteen foot custom sectional sofa fills the living area allowing for a great gathering place to relax and review the magic moments of the day. The large 85 inch smart television with sound bar and sub woofer creates the perfect viewing experience.
The fun continues in the games room. This industrial designed space provides the opportunity to have fun and indulge those with a competitive edge in a game of pool or foosball.
The large pie shaped property gives this home an advantage providing all the additional space one would require. The extra spacing from the neighboring properties gives more privacy in the pool and spa area.
The south facing pool and spa sparkles alongside the covered lanai and patio area from the all day sunshine. The area is enhanced with four comfortable patio loungers, a dinning table for eight as well as a propane Bar-B-Q that comes complimentary for your use during your stay. The covered lanai also includes a 50 inch television along with blue tooth speakers for your entertainment. Pool and spa heat are available for an additional charge of $30.00 / night plus applicable taxes and may be added to your reservation at any time if you require.

The Space
Magic Moments Manor offers a fully renovated professionally designed space with all the amenities of home.
The four bedrooms and four bathrooms offer plenty of space for a large family up to eight or multiple families sharing the space.
The large pie shaped south facing back yard with no immediate rear neighbors provides privacy and space as well ample amounts of sun for those relaxing days by the pool.
The covered lanai out back by the pool offers a patio table with seating for eight. Four patio loungers to stretch out to soak up the sun as well a bar-b-q that is free of charge with each booking. After dinner sit back and enjoy the patio television watching the game or your favorite show or just chill streaming music through the blue tooth speakers.
Inside the home the fully stocked kitchen allows you to be creative for those special meals.
The living room boasts a custom sixteen foot sectional that will house the whole group while watching your favorite movies or programs on the 80 Inch television.

Windsor Hills is still the closest major resort to Disney. It has excellent facilities in both the clubhouse, pool, and updated water park area. Other resort amenities include large zero entry pool, water slides, kids water slides, hot tub, kids splash pad, sundry shop, Bar and Grill, movie theater, fitness center, game room, table tennis, cybercafé, kids’ playground, tennis courts, sand volleyball, golf putting green and basketball court.
