The Space

When you enter the home, you are met with a two story entry way that opens up into the large kitchen, dining and living area. Have mom cook up her favorite recipe, or bring in your own chef to make meals in the open kitchen that includes a five burner gas stove, oversized Electrolux fridge, and double oven and dishwasher. The large counter gives plenty of space to entertain and has bar seating for five. The dining table is fit for a feast, with seating for eighteen guests. The living room has plenty of seating, with two sofas, two chairs, a 65” smart tv and a great view of the pool, grotto and golf course. There is a guest half bath off of the kitchen for convenience.

Downstairs, you will find three of the nine bedrooms. In the front of the home, there two king master bedrooms. Each room comes with a wall mounted smart tv, ceiling fans and large glass shower in each bathroom. In the back of the home, you will find the grand king master suite. Escape reality with a his and hers vanity, large free standing soaking tub and oversized double shower with added rain shower for relaxation. The bedroom also has a wall mounted smart tv, ceiling fan and direct access to the pool.

Upstairs, you are greeted with an open loft that has extra seating and work station for those needing to get some work done or have some quiet time. The real excitement begins on the other side of the loft doors, where guests will wonder off for hours in a real in home resort. The game room includes a multi arcade video game, air hockey, jukebox and smart tv. The game room also has access to its own private patio. The patio overlooks the fairway and has seating for four and a foosball table. For your comfort, the owner has also included two ceiling fans. You can also enjoy some refreshments with a mini fridge and microwave.

The microwave will come in handy when you are ready to bring the family in for a movie night or watch the big game in the private theater. The theater has a 100” screen with projector, dvd player and cable tv. You will be able to relax and recline in the thirteen leather movie chairs with individual cupholders.

You will find the upstairs king master in the back of the home, with its own private balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. The room has a wall mounted smart tv and ceiling fan. The master bath has a double vanity, large glass shower, large soaking tub and private water closet. Enjoy the evenings on the balcony with seating for two and ceiling fan for comfort.

Another king master is found off the top of the stairs and includes a wall mounted smart tv, ceiling fan and glass shower in the bathroom.

The upstairs front green master has its own private patio over the front of the home, a wall mounted smart tv and ceiling fan. The master. bathroom has a glass shower. Across the hall, guests will enjoy another bright and airy king master bedroom, which also has as wall mounted smart tv, ceiling fan and glass shower in the master bath.

Highlights and Features:

The kids will be driven back to the fun times of the Sixties in the custom VW Bus bunk room. This room can sleep four children in two twin/twin bunk beds, and has its own wall mounted  smart tv and master bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Directly next door, the rest of the kids will get lost in a galaxy far away when they strap into the custom space bunk beds. This room includes two full beds on the space themed bunk bed. This room also has a wall mounted smart tv and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This bathroom is also has access to the hall for guests.

Paradise truly awaits when you get lost in another world out the back door. This home has a private pool with spillover spa and grotto with waterfall. Guests will be able to enjoy dinner on the built in grill and outdoor dining with seating for 10. There is also a built in fridge and sink for your enjoyment. You can enjoy watching your favorite show or sports team on the outdoor smart tv, equipped with cable. Lounge back and soak up the sun or watch some front row golf on the six lounge chairs. For the safety of the little ones, this home is also equipped with a pool alarm and child safety fence.

Reunion is one if not the most spectacular vacation resorts in Orlando and is arguably the prime location for anyone visiting the parks and all that Orlando has to offer. The Reunion area covers the gambit of all things great for vacationers and owners alike.
The vast Reunion Grande that sits like a Las Vegas style casino at the heart of this huge resort is the centerpiece for dining and focal point for guests and owners. Its proximity to the highways and central location provide easy access to the area attractions.

Reunion boasts three world class golf courses, magnificent facilities, fabulous water parks and looks every inch the luxury vacation resort it was designed to be. Who would not be impressed by golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson?
Perhaps not all but for those who do not play the grand auld game, the onsite spa, restaurants and nearby shopping outlets and of course a modest 15-minute ride to Walt Disney World give all the options one could and should desire in a five star vacation resort.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents.
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
