The Space

The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to create the greatest meals on your vacation with kitchen barstool seating for four, perfect for the whole family. Look over to your left and you’ll notice a welcoming dining room space. This area offers seating for eight and plenty of room for the family to dine at any time of the day. The modern-designed gathering room is perfect for lounging after a fun day at the parks with plenty of spacious seating and a large SMART TV to watch your favorite movies and TV shows on.

Enjoy Florida’s weather in the screened-in private pool, or dine al fresco at the table with room for six guests. Have a relaxing, well-deserved day by the pool at one of the four sun loungers at your leisure.

The upstairs loft features a sectional sofa for lounging, turn on the 65″ Flatscreen TV for hours of entertainment. Put on your favorite sports team’s live game or play your favorite music to enhance the atmosphere.

When it’s time to wind down after a day full of fun, choose from one of the five spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. On the first floor, you will find a queen-size bed. On the second floor, you will find 2 king-size beds and 2 bedrooms with a full over full bunk on each. A wireless internet connection is offered throughout this property.

Resort Features and Amenities

The Aloha clubhouse at Windsor Island Resort is one of the best amenitized clubhouses in all of the short-term resorts in Orlando. It caters to every need whether it be relaxation, sunbathing, water activities, sporting activities or dining.
It has a huge 6,455ft zero entry main pool surrounded by a spacious 17,127ft deck for sunbathers, and a great children’s waterpark with adjoining canopy covered children’s play area on turf. There are well equipped rentable cabanas for both the main pool and children’s play area with large screen TV and refrigeration.
The hammock garden and hot tub area are particularly inviting for those that want to fritter away the hours in an offhand way.
Alternatively, one can enjoy a long slow ride around the park on the lazy river, one of the largest in any of the resorts coming it at a lengthy 626ft.
Two 20ft dual water slides will happily dump you into the lazy river if you are up for a splash before your journey.
An abundance of sports awaits in the form of a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, dual corn-hole courts, and even a 9-Hole Mini Golf Course.
Inside the clubhouse itself, a video games room and sundry shop café with goodies such as ice cream is available – along with a fully equipped fitness center, to work off those extra scoops.
The outdoor restaurant and beer garden offers an upgraded assortment of foods generally found in similar resort. Tap beer and cocktails offer a pleasant way to enjoy the many large screen TV’s that show sporting events daily around the 35-seat bar area. Plenty of great seats with better views makes it a popular location for those who enjoy a beer and a game.
One of the wonderful additions is the fire pit on the northeast corner which allows a spectacular view of the Disney Fireworks nightly.
Retrieve your free community access cards at front desk upon arrival and return them on your departure. If not returned upon your departure, they will charge $50 to your card. For additional information, please contact the Resort Clubhouse.

Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents.
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
