Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, heated pool and spa, this single story villa exudes charm and relaxation. It comes fully equipped to the highest standard, including free wireless internet and everything you need for your perfect dream Florida vacation.
The Space
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need and you have the choice of informal indoor dining in the diner area with 6 sittings, as well as a breakfast table with 4 sits, or outdoor dining under the covered lanai by the pool. A barbeque is also provided for your enjoyment.
Want to relax by the TV, there is a cozy living room area with comfortable sofas.
Or maybe want to soak up some of the Florida sun? Stay and relax in the pool and spa, enjoy the Florida sunshine on the sun loungers or take the shade under the covered lanai area.

Our villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and is located in Solana Resort which is a prestigious gated community on US 27, giving easy access to all major local attractions (Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Orlando Resort, LEGOLAND Orlando, just to name a few), as well as the east and west coasts. The east coast offers the Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, etc., and on the west coast you will find Tampa, Busch Gardens, St-Pete’s Beach, Clearwater Beach, and so much more!
Bedroom Configuration
Our villa offers two superb master bedrooms. The first master suite has direct access to the pool area and includes a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The second master suite includes a queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom and large closet. The third and fourth bedrooms have two single beds with ample closet space and share the third bathroom. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with large flat screen TV’s.
